Leaning into fear

Why lean into #Fear?

I lean into fear for myself and my clients because fear is a sabotage that prevents growth.

It’s evokes emotions such as stress, anxiety, guilt and shame.

When we challenge and lean into fear we quieten the sabetour short and long term which means you are operating at your optimum, growing your business and achieving your goals.

This weekend my skydive was postponed due to weather but I was still determined to lean into my fears of heights. I stepped onto a big wheel overlooking the skyline of Liverpool. For the last 25 years I avoided these (even the kiddie ones at the fair.) I stepped on with #confidence and enjoyed the experience feeling proud and content.

What fears are you avoiding? Ask yourself if you leaned into them what growth would you achieve in your life?
