Reflection questions

I have a couple things of questions for you to reflect on…

If you were free from limiting beliefs, negative thoughts or stress

What would you do in life?

Who would you become?

What if you knew that it would all work out? Would you began to take one step forward each day/ week / month to build new habits to begin to step into that life and who you want to become?

The reality is that the real question is how long am I willing to let the negative thoughts and limiting beliefs be the dominant voice that is only holding you back from taking this first step?
