Tiny gestures have a huge impact

One tiny gesture that has a huge impact is giving someone #recognition for something specific they have done or continually do to add value to you. It could be your team, family, peer , friend or someone who supports your business. It takes 3 minutes to call or message someone to say “Hi, I just wanted to say thank you for X and I appreciate Y that you continually do, it adds value to me by Z.” Imagine the impact on the receiver! It Changes their day and makes them feel valued.

Maybe it’s a tiny gesture of self love for yourself that you keep putting to the bottom of the to do list because you’re too busy.

Maybe it’s taking the first or next tiny (but scary) step towards your goals. The end goal maybe far out of reach but taking one step is easy to do. It’s the 1% gain.

Maybe it’s practising gratitude daily. This was a game changer for me. Keeping me present and grounded in all the small things around me. For 187 days without fail I capture 5 things I am grateful for every day and why I am grateful for them. There are no more bad days just bad moments, and even in those moments I am grateful as they each teach a valuable lesson.

What tiny gestures can you set for yourself this week that will make an impact?
